Green Power Investment s.r.o., (GPI) is a renewable energy company with a focus on solar energy and hydrogen. Our activities include development, design, construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants in the EU and non-EU countries.
We have been operating on the market since 2010 and we are developing our activities mainly in the Balkan countries, we have successfully implemented photovoltaic parks in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. GPI has currently completed the first 1 MWp rooftop solar power plant in Serbia.
Since its establishment, the Group has completed over thirty projects with a total installed capacity of over 120 MW, of which 15 solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 25 MW have been completed and connected in Hungary so far. We are currently preparing several dozen photovoltaic parks representing an installed capacity of approximately 500 MW.
The Group’s business strategy is not only to design and build PV parks but also to own and operate them. The company sees its future not only in solar energy but is also interested in other opportunities in the field of renewable energy, primarily in the interconnection of photovoltaics with battery storage, hydrogen production and distribution.
